Pro adds unlimited quotes and invoices, voice input (200 AI parses per month), quote-to-invoice conversion, and your business logo on PDFs. Team includes everything in Pro with a higher voice limit (500 parses per month) plus multi-user access for small businesses and bookkeepers.

Does Wombill handle GST?

Yes. You can register for GST in your business profile and Wombill calculates GST on line items in quotes and invoices. Wombill is invoicing software, not tax advice — check with your accountant for your specific obligations.

Do I need an ABN to use Wombill?

No. Your ABN is optional when you set up your business, but you can add it anytime so it appears on quotes and invoices you send to clients.

How does the AI quote and invoice feature work?

Describe the job in plain English — or use voice input on Pro — and Wombill drafts line items for you. You review and edit the form before sending, so you stay in control of what goes to your client. Voice quotes use a monthly AI parse allowance (200 on Pro, 500 on Team).

Are there limits on voice quotes?

Yes. Voice input is included on Pro and Team. Pro includes 200 AI parses per month; Team includes 500. A parse is used when Wombill transcribes a recording or re-processes your transcript into line items. Failed attempts don't count. For most sole traders, that's plenty — if you need more, contact us.

Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Free plan stays free. Paid plans are managed through Settings → Billing via Stripe, with no lock-in. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel when it suits you.
